~The Hidden Link~
An often overlook aspect of health is the link between trauma, chronic stress and nutrition. The term psychoneuroimmunology has been used to define the impact chronic stress and traumas can have on the body. When you begin to grasp how much of a direct link what we eat and our emotional states have on the body, it provides a better framework for you to take control of your health. As the concept behind psychoneuroimmunology can be cumbersome, I have broken down the information into easy to digest segments.
- Chronic Inflammation
- Autoimmune Disorders
- Unexplained Edema
- Trauma Or Complex Trauma
- Chronic Prolonged Stress
- Unexplained Rapid Deteriorating Health
Again, I am NOT a medical professional. The following is based on peer-reviewed research, my health journey, what worked for me, and what researchers have discovered throughout their medical practice. Please DO NOT use this information to self-diagnose; I cannot and will not diagnose, treat or cure any ailment or disease. I simply seek to equip you with the knowledge you can take to your doctor, medical practitioner, or mental health care professional to start a conversation about your current state of health and well-being. I am just trying to save you from suffering as long as I did.
Please note, there are non-medical services I am qualified to assist you with. Please reference my work with me or other pages to gather further information. Additionally, all videos will be cited below each segment.
