An often overlook aspect of health is the link between trauma, chronic stress and nutrition.  The term psychoneuroimmunology has been used to define the impact chronic stress and traumas can have on the body.  When you begin to grasp how much of a direct link what we eat and our emotional states have on the body, it provides a better framework for you to take control of your health.  As the concept behind psychoneuroimmunology can be cumbersome, I have broken down the information into easy to digest segments.
